About the team:
The Asset Movements Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team of associates responsible for processing customer requests, partnering with business partners to complete new products and policies, and 3rd party services to ensure timely execution of requests. As their leader you’ll be responsible for performing quality assurance on daily operational tasks, resolving advanced customer cases with associates, ensuring adherence to service levels, establishing proper desk coverage, and maintaining procedures. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the most important and efficient pillars of Robinhood’s business.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Lead a team of 8-10 associates including team leads responsible for supporting bank linking requests, cash distributions and deposits, transfer of assets, and crediting customer accounts.
- Coach and mentor your team, overseeing their professional development and helping them achieve top metrics and high quality standards
- Foster a culture of professionalism, customer advocacy, personal development, and regulatory compliance on your team and beyond
- Maintain proper desk coverage and meet SLA’s for daily operational tasks
- Ensure all desk policies and standard operating procedures are up to date and accurate
- Partner with leadership and product to help design and execute on project and product launches.
- Work cross functionally with customer service to serve as a subject matter expert and ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Work with your team to recognize and document recurring customer issues and collaborate with program teams to make improvements.
- Help resolve advanced customer cases for your team
About you:
- FINRA Licensing: Series 7, 63, and 24
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience managing operations or customer-facing teams
- Strong management toolkit with a reputation for leaving thriving employees in your wake
- Uncompromising integrity and strong dedication to professionalism
- Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in and familiarity with financial services and the stock market
Bonus points:
- 2+ years experience in customer-facing operations, either at a respected mid-stage startup or a retail broker-dealer
Colorado Residents Only: In accordance with Colorado state law, Robinhood provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target salary for this position is $87,000 to $102,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience and certifications. Successful candidates for this role are eligible to participate in Robinhood’s equity plan. Please note that this information is only provided publicly for candidates in Colorado, but the role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
