The EMEA Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing support to MongoDB’s regional Employee Experience team, supporting our HR processes. This role will act as an escalation point for individual queries supporting the full region with particular focus on projects for France . The position is a great entry-level role for anyone in an HR career and requires outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and embrace change in a fast growing environment. Ideal candidate has a strong interest in learning about HR compliance, and HR program management. 

We are remote optional through April 4, 2022 afterwards this role will be in-office in our Paris office long-term. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Southern Europe, Middle East employees queries
  • Coordinate ad hoc processes and projects specifically related to France (medical checks, sick leave, probation, training, local projects/events) and support with necessary documentation for the CSE meetings
  • Collaborate with our global Employee Experience team on various initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with Recruitment, Benefits, HRSS and payroll teams on ad hoc projects  and process 
  • Support employees by answering queries through the Zendesk platform (benefits, payroll, vacation, etc.)
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information is maintained at all the times
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned 

Requirements

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience  with MS Word, Excel, Google Applications, ZenDesk
  • 1+ year’s experience working in an HR team, global experience is a plus
  • Fluency in French and English and preferably in another European language 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant major is required
  • Familiar with standard HR concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues
