At MongoDB the Corporate Account Executive will work cooperatively with internal departments to improve the velocity of business and to build solutions that serve the best interests of our customers at MongoDB. Join a growing sales team with tremendous upside for growth.

This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Barcelona for when we introduce our hybrid model.

The Opportunity

MongoDB is a true data platform with a comprehensive suite of tools to make working with data remarkably easy for everyone, from developers to analysts to data scientists.

We are growing our Corporate Account executive team across EMEA to help our customers be more productive while still providing all the capabilities needed to meet the most complex requirements at any scale.

Day to Day

• Focus on bringing in Net New Logos
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
• Become a specialist in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce
• Drive subscription renewals and upselling in these opportunities
• Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users

What you will bring to the table

• 1+ years of experience in Sales
• Focused on hunting and closing net new logos  
• Proven history of consistent goal achievement in a highly driven environment (top 10% performer)
• Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player who is not afraid to pick up the phone
• Experience working within a quota and commission structure
• Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English
• College degree or equivalent work experience
