What Mongodb is looking for in applicants

MongoDB’s Women in Computer Science Summit and Make It Matter Summit are unique events, held exclusively for a select number of college students, who are passionate about software engineering and interested in exploring the tech industry through an internship opportunity.

Steps for acceptance into the Summit.
1. RSVP to the summit event via Untapped.

2. Complete this job application (Software Engineering Summits - Women in CS and Make it Matter)

3. Complete and pass our Campus Recruiter Phone Screen interview

4. Complete and pass our Karat Technical Video interview

After completing the above 4 steps, you will be invited to attend the Summit. With a full day of interactive and informative sessions, attendees will connect with industry leaders and discover the steps to a successful software engineering career path!

After attending the Summit, you will then be invited to a Final Round interview with our full time software engineers.

The end goal is for you to successfully complete our interview process and receive an offer to intern with MongoDB in Summer 2023!

Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor/Masters student graduating in Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
  • Applicants must be attending university in US, Canada, or Mexico
