About the RoleAs an Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding the newest team members to the world’s best Services organization through planning, creating, and delivering learning and development materials to provide a seamless experience. You will work cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to craft lessons, classes, and artifacts that will be used to train Services members on their understanding of both technical features and consultative skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and strives to make those around them smarter; you proactively identify knowledge gaps and are driven to fill them in ways that maximize effectiveness, confidence, and retention.
