The HR Transformation team is looking for a new member to join us on our journey of reimagining and automating HR processes, scaling HR operations and enhancing the employee experience at MongoDB.

In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating work-streams, maintaining project scope definition documents, setting timelines, proactively identifying efficiencies/blockers and measuring the business impact of the HR Transformation Program. You will be partnering with the rest of the Transformation team and a Project Tiger Team consisting of various HR subject matter experts from Employee Experience, Total Rewards, Recruiting Operations, HRBPs and L&D. 

This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Dublin for when we introduce our hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end project management, coordinating work-streams, maintaining project scope definition documents, setting timelines, proactively identifying efficiencies/blockers and measuring the business impact of the HR Transformation Program
  • Facilitate alignment between multiple projects running simultaneously, identify dependencies, change management requirements and prioritize accordingly
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan and allocate project resources for successful delivery and to clearly identify overall business objectives, success criteria, perform quality checks as needed
  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders across all levels, ensure that the project team and stakeholders have adequate understanding of ownership, timelines, resource needs, risks, contentions, and dependencies
  • Identify & define risks of the projects and work with stakeholders to develop scenarios to overcome them, exercise good judgment when escalating appropriately
  • Schedule and facilitate stakeholder meetings, design workshops, take notes, summarize follow up items and action on them including partnership with the HRIS and IT teams on requirements for or impacts to the automation roadmap
  • Coordinate the development and execution of project communication strategy including communication with stakeholders, developing messages and communication progress trackers
  • Report on the progress of the project and its outcomes to the stakeholders and the Steering Committee
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Skills and qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations with an additional 3+ years experience leading cross functional large scale global HR Projects and HR system implementations as a project manager
  • Strong track record in delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of the PM methodologies and tools
  • Project management certification is preferred
  • Excellent project documentation skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and implementation
  • Ability to analyze and use metrics and analytics 
  • Excellent in communicating and public speaking
  • Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities and feasibility
