The Strategic Accounts Developer Relations team educates and empowers our largest customers to execute enterprise scale technology transformations and migrate from legacy RDBMS based application development to NoSQL. MongoDB is uniquely positioned amongst all NoSQL vendors to support almost any workload deployed within the enterprise from common OLTP applications to Data Lake services and everything in between. We operate as internal allies for customers with large technical teams to assist them ramp up internal skills to make MongoDB a strategic platform for their business and accelerate time to value.
You will be a part of a global developer advocacy team based in Dublin, New York, Austin and San Francisco. We encourage and support remote employees and the majority of the developer relations team work remotely, however this role will eventually require onsite interactions with customers. If minimizing travel is a priority the candidate should be based on the US West Coast.
Current knowledge of MongoDB is not required, but candidates must be deeply familiar with at least one NoSQL database technology and comfortable writing code in Java, C#, Go, Ruby and/or Node.js. Candidates should also be familiar with at least one major cloud service provider such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
This role will be based remotely in North America.
