This role is remote optional until April 4th, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Gurgaon for when we introduce our hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities may include

• Working mainly for the stakeholders based in Central & Eastern Europe Market
• Build Pipeline Generation (PG) reports
• Conducting research on prospects’ goals, market, strategic objectives, pains to created tailored material to run highly productive sales campaigns (email templates, presentations)
• Researching individual profiles to identify and build lists of key roles and targets
• Independently manage & lead projects related to secondary research
• Knowledge of databases such as D&B Hoovers, Factiva, and Zoominfo is an added advantage

Qualifications

• Strong secondary research acumen along with excellent communication/presentation skills
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree with a minimum 3- 4 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of latest technology trends will help you sail fast and give a competitive edge
• Demonstrate strength and experience in client relationship building
• Possess a cohesive team attitude and display a high level of coachability and learning
• Strong prioritization skills
• Ability to achieve individual & team targets by mentoring and guiding Junior team members
• Interested in MongoDB the company and product and revolutionizing the database market
