MongoDB’s Account Qualification team under Data Governance purview will work closely with the Account Strategy and Sales Org. The Account Qualification team will work in a fast paced sales support function and will gain understanding on generating Go-To- Market Account pipeline. This experience provides an enviable foundation for your business career, whether you are focused on a future in sales support, sales, operations or sales.

This role is remote optional until April 4, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Gurugram for when we introduce our hybrid model.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurgaon

You will have the opportunity to

Job Responsibilities may Include but are not limited

  • Work on multiple ad-hoc projects focused on accounts qualification and generation of target account pipeline for the sales team
  • Perform basic secondary research on Google to find and update firmographics
  • Data updates, such as Lead/Account/Territory Assignments using Salesforce
  • Working with Account Strategy professionals to present data to sales professionals
  • Being creative in identifying newer target accounts and related qualification process 


  • Bachelor's/ Master’s in Business (0-2 years)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • A team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of the latest technology trends to help you sail fast and have a driven edge
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to learn prescribed tasks quickly and adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, e.g. should know commonly used functions like VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables
  • Prior experience working with and familiarity with the basic Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity structure, searching, editing records
