About the team:

The GSOC Operations Lead is responsible for the continued growth, development, direct mentorship, and operational success of the GSOC Operations Team. This role will build, manage, and motivate teams in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving and cross-functional environment. This role oversees our 24/7 GSOC Operations seat and our 24/7 Intelligence Analyst team in conjunction with the Risk Operations Lead. This effort is centered around the use of people, process and technology to ensure life-safety, security and resiliency at corporate sites.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Supervise and coordinate the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to the GSOC and affected stakeholders
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on guidance to team members
  • Up-level the current 24/7 Intelligence Analyst seat within the GSOC to improve secondary functions and responsibilities
  • Drive Scenario Based Trainings (SBTs) and identify enhanced training methods for all GSOC Operators and Analysts
  • Align with the Physical Security Systems team to lead the implementation and execution of new technologies and business processes to improve efficiency across multiple teams
  • Initiate and maintain strategic planning to keep pace with growth of business teams, a remote workforce, new office locations, and changing customer and stakeholder needs
  • Monitor and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Operations program
  • Drive metrics and identify strengths and weaknesses within the GSOC

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Corporate Security
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing all aspects of a GSOC or Command Center
  • Extensive experience using various Access Management Systems, video management systems, and incident management applications/software; Lenel, ExacqVision, or Genetec preferred
  • Exceptional project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to take ownership of multiple projects
  • Strength in building relationships with key partners to ensure efficiency and understanding on cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing data to identify useful metrics to drive operational changes
  • Experience with change management and conflict resolution
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop scalable ways of addressing them
  • Adept at managing incidents and escalation protocols; leading from the front to coordinate multi-faceted responses and situations
  • Experience using Slack, GoogleSuite, Everbridge VCC & Everbridge Suite, Dataminr, and Ontic

Colorado Residents Only: In accordance with Colorado state law, Robinhood provides an estimate of the pay range associated with this role. In Colorado, the target salary for this position is $109,000 to $128,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience and certifications. Successful candidates for this role are eligible to participate in Robinhood’s equity plan.
