We are hiring a Process Automation Analyst to proactively maintain customer and prospect data. Tired of executing existing SOPs manually, here is your chance to Think Big, Go Far with this exciting Role: Team Lead Process Automation under Data Governance Team part of larger Sales Operations Team and is responsible for ensuring that organization has access to high-quality information required to make data-driven decisions.

We are remote optional through April 4, 2022 afterwards this role will be in-office in our Gurugram office long-term. 

Shift Timings: 2pm-10pm. Cabs will be provided.

Responsibilities

•     Team management includes Hiring, Performance Management, R&R, L&D, Coaching, Goals and KRA settings, productivity tracking, Team growth
•     Good with Ideation
•     Extract data using SQL queries/logic from multiple data sources/data warehouses by applying filters and joins and moving into a self serve model
•     Proficient in writing and testing SQL coding
•     Working with internal customers across different time zones
•     Designing Rapid Automation process solutions as per standard design principles and conventions
•     Understand basic data governance principles and challenges
•     Create Advance SQL/Logic and queries to automate manual processes
•     Create requirement gathering docs, estimate project timelines, UAT scenarios, automation release
•     Request triage and prioritization
•     Automation ROI and BVR calculations

Requirements

•     Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and familiarity with the Lead flow process including an understanding of Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity structure, searching, editing records. Prior experience working with bulk update tools like the workbench
•       Ability to delegate tasks and good with work allocation
•       Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities
•       Excellent communication skills
•       Experience with sales/sales users is a plus
•       Strong problem-solving skills
•       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Project Management, Engineering
•       1-3 years experience of working as lead/ Team lead with a proven case of success
•       Understand advanced and systematic approaches to manage projects/programs/automation
•       Open-minded, creative, and proactive thinking
•       Pioneer to invent and make differences
•       Understanding of customer experience, listening to customers' voice, and work backward to improve business process and operations
•       Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution
•       Strong Automation Skills with experience with SQL, Python and Data warehouse concept
