We’re seeking a talented and results-driven Field Marketing Intern to support the team in executing regional marketing programs. The Field Marketing function at MongoDB provides key support to our sales and cross functional marketing teams. This role works in close alignment with our teams to support sales and developer advocacy goals. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing events and field marketing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities.

What we are looking for in you

• In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
• Creative and always looking for ways to improve existing programs and processes to drive stronger results 
• An analytical mindset that shows you’re able to effectively evaluate and make decisions based on both quantitative and qualitative inputs 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strict and continual attention to detail in creating and proofing materials
• Interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Time management skills with the ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines. 
• Self-starter that is excited to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
• Curious with a strong desire to learn, adapt and grow

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 or 11 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. Applicants should have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in their studies after their internship concludes.
