We are hiring a Head Of Customer Strategy to support the SVP Customers and the strategic transformation project we are undertaking. This is a meaningful role, as this person is responsible for crafting and executing critical initiatives and operational programs in close partnership with the SVP Customers and other leaders across the company. Specifically the responsibilities are:

  • Serving as strategic advisor and counsel to the SVP Customers
  • Enabling the success of leadership teams and the Customer Success & Cloud Teams as a whole
  • Assuming day-to-day responsibility for strategic projects and initiatives
  • Creating and managing relationships to enable leadership success

This person will be encouraged to work end-to-end on projects that include a range of operational decisions and initiatives, growth strategies, process re-engineering, enablement initiatives, and driving executive communications with internal and external partners.

Consequently, this is an outstanding opportunity as this role will give this person direct exposure to the SVP Customers, CRO, global sales leaders and the wider executive team, and contribute to the company’s overall strategy and help drive its successful execution.

We are looking for someone who is a strategic problem solver, an effective influencer, a great communicator, has some degree of technical acumen and the ability to deeply understand our business and rapidly demonstrate impact and value to the organization. The ideal candidate has a combination of strategy, sales and technology market experience and is able to thrive in high growth, fast-paced environments taking care of ambiguous and often sophisticated problems.   We are looking for someone who is smart, passionate, wants to learn and is results focused.

This role will be Fully Remote.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of management consulting experience
  • Experience in sales, customer success or customer strategy desirable, ideally in the technology sector 
  • Master degree or MBA with high academic achievement required
  • Strong in analytics, critical thinking, and reasoned judgment
  • Phenomenal relationship builder and able to connect with people reporting into the SVP Customers and others across the organization to influence outcomes
  • Great teammate who can work with individuals from different backgrounds across the organization
  • Strong communicator (spoken and written)
  • Expands a team’s bandwidth by integrating themselves quickly and assessing issues that serve as barriers to operating at maximum efficiency
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
  • Demonstrates a high level of accountability married with a huge sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently with limited mentorship and support
  • Incredibly well organized
