About the team:
Robinhood Financial LLC (RHF) is Robinhood’s introducing broker/dealer, and the RHF Communications Compliance team is responsible for reviewing and approving retail brokerage communications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. We're looking for a Communications Compliance Intern to join our team to support strategic risk management initiatives with a focus on improving risk awareness, executional excellence, and scale of the processes that support Robinhood Financial's objectives. This work is essential to enhancing our risk management practices in support of the people, process, and technology vital to our business while enabling innovation and growth.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Enter data and upload documents into a workflow tool that tracks the submission, review, approval, and recordkeeping of retail communications.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new workflow tool users.
- Create and update job aids to guide workflow tool users through the necessary steps to complete the required tasks.
- Build and maintain workflow tool user profiles.
- Help with the creation and distribution of reports.
- Assist with gathering information in order to respond to regulatory requests related to communications with the public.
- Provide overall support on special projects as designated by the Communications Compliance Managers.
About you:
- Good written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment.

- Basic understanding of the financial services industry.
