About the team:

As a member of the learning and quality (CX) team this role provides more structure and support for the deployment and adoption of learning initiatives across our Vendor Partner Network. You will lead a team of learning specialists responsible for enabling the service partner network to optimally deliver programs supporting site optimization, while adhering to a high-degree of regulatory compliance and quality.

In your role as Vendor Partner Learning Manager, you will work closely with new & existing vendors to ensure learning programs are delivered consistently across the network and that site performance is optimized. Your involvement will drive operational excellence at the site level and drive a positive impact on customer experience metrics.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

Drive initiatives to better identify and address performance opportunities across our many service partner sites. Build mechanisms to report findings to our internal L&Q & CX teams.

  • Effectively build out and handle day-to-day training adherence processes at vendor sites globally. Ensure adherence to internal procedures & regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate a culture of integrity, customer advocacy, personal development, and regulatory compliance on your team and beyond.
  • Create action plans to increase the scope of the Vendor Learning Specialist team. Develop a playbook to onboard new vendor sites & upskill existing sites to new mediums.
  • Lead initiatives to improve agent performance at all vendor sites.
  • Partner closely with Vendor Managers and cross functional teams to establish initiatives that drive performance within the vendor network.
  • Develop reports & trend analysis that supervise performance at the agent, team & site level. Communicate trends to key partners on a regular basis.

About you:

  • Experience in learning effectiveness and trainer readiness preferred
  • In depth knowledge of training processes and procedures
  • Passion for developing teams and a strong management toolkit with a reputation for leaving thriving employees in your wake
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment
  • Strong intuition for business and ability to collaborate with executive management
  • Steadfast integrity and strong dedication to professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to think critically and apply logical problem-solving skills to isolate and resolve issues
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for delivering high quality standards

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Series 7, 63, 24 and/or 9/10
  • 3+ years proven experience leading teams in learning and development
  • Interest in and familiarity with financial services and the stock market
