The Sr. Technical PMM, GTM role will be responsible for enabling customer-facing Asanas to deliver our message and narrative to technical buyers and users of our platform. In your role you will partner with product-facing PMMs, global enablement, and our business teams to deliver compelling technical trainings, evergreen product enablement programs, and scalable ways to address RFPs.

What you’ll achieve

  • Partner closely with Asana’s Product and Enablement teams to develop an on-going product-enablement program focusing on key areas like reporting, workflows and automation, integrations, portfolio management, project management, and goal tracking. 
  • Create a library of self-serve product trainings that raise the bar for product expertise at Asana.
  • Drive Asana’s subject matter expertise development in work, portfolio, project, and goal management across our business and marketing teams. 
  • Support major product launches with technical materials, collateral, and training. 
  • Develop a standardized RFP process and program to ensure that Asana responds in a powerful and timely manner to RFP requests.

About you

  • 7+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solution engineering, or professional consulting roles. (Bonus points if experience is HR, operations, or project management related.)
  • Experience working with or enabling go-to-market teams like sales, solution engineering, customer success, and professional services in SaaS companies. 
  • At least 3 years of experience training global business teams on technical product expertise. 
  • Experience working with customer-facing teams in direct sales cycles.
