We are looking for a highly motivated, driven individual to join the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team at BetterUp. The person in this role will support many externally facing functions of the security and compliance program, with the dual goal of executing existing processes and improving them or suggesting new ones over time. You will be interfacing regularly with a diverse group of cross-functional partners including Product, Legal, Privacy, Human Resources, and Engineering, with a focus on customer success. This role requires strong communications and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, eagerness to learn, a curious nature, and a fundamental desire to help. A successful hire will be expected to grow their duties in both extent and scope, offer process improvement suggestions, and eventually expand into additional areas such as audit and governance. You’d do all of this while contributing to our vibrant, diverse culture and playing a large part in our mission to make positive change in the world, and transform how people think and live.
You will be reporting to and working closely with the Sr Manager of Governance, Risk, & Compliance.
