DUTIES: Manage the operational details of all Technical Services programs, including but not limited to scheduling, policy management and communication, product lifecycle management, reporting, and analytics; manage the operational details of all Technical Services programs, including organizing global on-call, out-of-office and other mission-critical schedules; coordinate external and internal messaging about policies and programs; product lifecycle management; evaluate and analyze organizational and operational practices at a global level; ensure policies and processes are recorded, communicated and followed; leverage reporting and analytics to facilitate review of policy and process effects; advocate for and drive continuous organizational improvements; communicate with all levels in the company including senior management; coordinate with customers about operational concerns (e.g. access to systems); collaborate with Technical Services leadership team as well as Customer Success program staff to ensure integrated worldwide processes and customer experience; assist with vendor management including research, renewal processing, etc.; and collaborate with our legal team on maintaining our customer-facing Support Policies and Terms and Conditions. Telecommuting ok; must be able to return to work in Office in Seattle Area once Covid restrictions are lifted.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Operations, or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related Operations role. Alternatively, the company will accept a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Operations, or related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

SKILLS: Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce
  2. Reporting or data analysis tools, such as MS-SQL, Python, MS Excel, Tableau, MongoDB Charts, or Microstrategy
  3. Marketing tools, such as Eloqua, MailChimp, or Marketo
  4. Office tools (spreadsheets, docs, MS Projects, MS Visio, etc.) or equivalent/functional systems

JOB SITE: 1633 Broadway, 38th Floor, New York, NY 10019. Telecommuting ok; must be able to return to work in Office in Seattle Area once Covid restrictions are lifted.

SALARY: $116,256/year
