DUTIES: Own and execute all aspects of co-selling, solution development, and co-marketing with MongoDB’s Strategic Cloud Partners; lead a global team of managers to drive go to market programs, technical solutions and co-marketing campaigns with MongoDB’s top Cloud Partners; analyze trends and competition in enterprise technology, especially related to the cloud, database platforms and security and compliance, to develop partnerships, integrations and sales motions with partner technology companies; build and launch strategic programs and integrated solutions with Strategic Cloud Partners to facilitate co-sell and sell-through routes to market; support MongoDB and partners’ marketing teams, and build technical content (such as whitepapers, reference architectures, presentations, security best practices, demos, etc.) to promote and evangelize joint solutions, in conjunction to MongoDB’s products; collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate dependencies between MongoDB products and cloud partners’ products and ensure product roadmap alignment; monitor and measure the success of partner programs; assess the product and sales impact of joint solution(s) and quantify the overall success of the alliance; evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management; be responsible for new all-commodity volume (ACV) quota and pipeline creation for Atlas-sourced ACV via Cloud Partners, globally; manage complex contract negotiations with cloud partners; work across internal functional teams from Product, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and senior management to gain support, approvals and to execute on the opportunities; build MDF program and rev share models with channel partners to drive revenue through alternate routes to market; and build strategic and drive initiatives by leveraging partners to expand business into new geographies. Travel Required 15%. Telecommuting is acceptable for this role for four (4) days a week; one (1) day a week must be able to work in-office.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field followed by eight (8) years of progressive experience in job offered or related role in Program Management, Business Development, Product Management, or similar. Alternatively, the company will accept a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field and six (6) years of experience in job offered or related role in Program Management, Business Development, Product Management, or similar. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

SKILLS: Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Strategic and financial planning and modeling tools and frameworks; including SWOT analysis, sensitivity analysis, PESTLE analysis, Balanced Scorecard, and Micro/Macro simulations
  2. Core business functions (accounting, operations, finance) for driving cross functional programs and initiatives
  3. Marketing and co-marketing with partner companies; driving marketing campaigns, building joint value propositions, identifying mutual target customer segments, crafting join offers, developing communications strategy, and executing joint marketing campaigns
  4. Analytics tools (Tableau, MS Excel, QlikView) and techniques (Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Sampling, Correlation, Probability Distribution, Frequency Distribution)
  5. Pricing Frameworks; conjoint analysis, cost plus, value based, competitive
  6. Working with multinational corporations, leading global teams and working with customers from different countries
  7. Program Management methodologies: identifying various workstreams; figuring out dependencies between workstreams; coordinating tasks across different external (partner) and internal functional teams; and estimating efforts and tracking progress
  8. Program management tools; Smartsheet, Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Trello, Asana

JOB SITE: 1633 Broadway, 38th Floor, New York, NY 10019. Travel required 15%. Telecommuting is acceptable for this role for four (4) days a week; one (1) day a week must be able to work in-office.

SALARY: $230,818/year
