THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE 25% TRAVEL WITH OCCASIONAL TRIPS BETWEEN ORLANDO AND TAMPA OFFICES.  POSITION WILL BE HYBRID REMOTE AND OFFICE ROLE

About the Role

Provides related office support and administrative duties to the Managing Director. You will be the point of contact in helping to respond to requests on a wide range of topics. Assignments involve work of a sensitive and confidential nature and require knowledge of practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs.

Can be a part time or full time role.  Individual will be in office for training and then flex/remote schedule.

 Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Organize and maintain files and database in a confidential manner
  • Maintenance of lists for distribution
  • Manage and update flyer and training materials
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Maintain and order supplies
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Works within Excel and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
  • Aiding with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature
  • Screen and respond to phone calls, and take messages
  • Manage communication including email and phone calls
  • Screen and respond to calendar requests, appointments, and meetings
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Correcting open and closed reports as needed
  • Attend meetings, events and training as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
  • Preparing expense and travel reports 

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Clerical, secretarial or office experience
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills, including e-mail and Microsoft Office
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
  • Real estate and escrow knowledge helpful
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service skills
