About the team:

We develop efficient and effective business systems to support scalability, streamline processing, and enable strategic work for world class people operations. We’re seeking an HR Systems Program Manager to join our People Team and support the engine that drives our People Operations/HR systems. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high priority projects within our HR systems ecosystem to support Robinhood's rapid growth. The right candidate will love bringing structure and a consultative approach to our team, with a bias toward action and impact to deliver outstanding project and change management.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Help drive the People Systems roadmap and project priorities
  • Lead project engagements: developing, managing and maintaining the project plan
  • Assign and lead the responsibilities of team members
  • Set mutually-agreed upon project timelines and evaluating milestones
  • Run the risk, action item, issue and key decision log
  • Deliver status reports to senior management on a regular basis
  • Coordinate activities with other groups including third party providers
  • Identify potential issues and mitigate risks to minimize the impact to the project schedule and budget
  • Lead organizational change efforts for the system implementations across end users

About you:

  • 4+ years of project management experience in HR/Recruiting
  • Consistent track record of running enterprise-wide and multi-disciplinary projects and change initiatives (full SDLC, Agile)
  • Proficiency of project management methodologies, organizational change principles, tools and leading practices
  • Experience with Asana, gSuite
  • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize and balance multiple projects
  • Incredibly organized, with superior attention to detail
  • Tenacious, with strong determination and follow through
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Bonus points:

  • Workday project management experience
  • Project management and organizational change certifications (i.e., PMP, PfMP, CCMP)
