We are looking for an innovative, experienced sales and business development professional with extraordinary energy, passion to learn and initiative to drive channel new business for the fastest growing database in the world, MongoDB. The Manager Cloud Partners role owns all things Atlas channel related to AWS, Azure, Google and any future Atlas partner within the APAC region. This individual will be accountable for developing a strategy to drive incremental pipeline, increase sales productivity, improve co-sell execution, and launch new solutions/offerings with MongoDB’s strategic cloud partners.

This role will have a global remit so the individual is expected to work across different time zones. This role is remote optional until February 1st, 2022, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Gurgaon for when we introduce our hybrid model.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (cabs will be provided)


  • Build and execute global GTM  (co-selling, co-marketing, product alignment) programs with Cloud Partners with direct reporting line to Sr. Director, WW Partners.
  • Liaison with internal teams (Product Management, Legal, Revenue, Finance, etc.) to launch new solutions, initiatives and offerings with Cloud Partners
  • Own New ACV quota & pipeline creation for Atlas sourced ACV via Cloud Partners
  • Drive enablement and field alignment activities to deliver incremental MongoDB Atlas co-sell revenue with cloud partners
  • Lead day to day operations of Cloud Partner Marketplaces and provide recommendation to improve effectiveness of the channel
  • Prepare and give business reviews and metrics to MongoDB and partner senior leaders
  • Interlock with extended Partner team - Field Partner Leaders, Partner Marketing, Partner Architect Team - for backup and support


  • Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies
  • Ability to assess technical and commercial feasibility for the partner and MongoDB.
  • 3-5 years in a direct sales role for a high technology company
  • 2-5 years in a partner/channel manager role
  • Program management skills are a must
  • At least 3 years generating pipeline and selling in the Cloud/Database/IaaS space
  • At least 3 years working in a heavy sales matrix model
  • Experience in working with AWS/Azure/GCP is preferred
  • Technically knowledgeable in the enterprise software and cloud computing space
