We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, lover of all things food to help us achieve our operational and administrative goals while embodying our team and company values.  You will join a world-class Culinary team as our Culinary Program Lead.  The Culinary Program Lead is an experienced administrator with excellent writing and communication skills and an interest in design and social media. This includes running our instagram account, helping facilitate virtual and in person events and working cross-functionally with IT, AV, branding and Workplace teams. 

The Culinary Program Lead is a crucial part of our culinary team. This position helps coordinate, onboard, handle billing, support the operational management team with ordering and inventory. Success in this role is dependent on willingness to learn, pivot and grow with our Culinary Team as we scale globally. 

What you’ll achieve

  • Working alongside Asana Culinary Management Team as the master coordinator of the program
  • Establish and maintain scheduling and planning guidelines for virtual and hybrid programing with Co-Creation Kitchen
  • Manage all incoming culinary requests and triage to appropriate point of contact
  • Own purchasing orders and invoicing for culinary department 
  • Support in writing and editing culinary guidelines for internal staff 
  • Oversee all onboarding and support vendor onboarding with IT needs 
  • Become a key stakeholder in culinary events planning and execution
  • Create support system for FOH staff in education and mentorship 
  • Become the culinary liaison between internal company programs and employee resource groups

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • At least 4 years work experience in related field
  • Previous experience with writing and communications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Comprehensive understanding of google products, eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Food, events and hospitality experience a plus
  • Photography skills a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding and prior experience with design and social media
  • Proven success in developing and leading a team of people using a collaborative management style in a public company environment
  • Excellent planning, analysis and execution skills
  • Adept at prioritization, responsiveness and understanding a sense of urgency. Ability to balance multiple projects
  • Ability to be flexible, influence, and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs
  • High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail
