About the team:

We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Partner to help us build the Workforce Planning capability at Robinhood. In this role you'll lead our enterprise-wide headcount management function, an extremely impactful cross-functional body of work. • Evolve our position attribute taxonomy and hierarchy to ensure impactful reporting, accurate recruiting signal and organizational clarity.
  • Work closely with recruiting and finance to ensure our processes and systems work harmoniously.
  • Create and update extensive documentation of process flows, how-to documents, and internal customer-facing wikis
  • Proactively seek feedback from across the organization to understand what's working, what's not, and where we need to go in the future
  • Lead additional high-priority projects for the Workforce Planning team, leveraging your internal relationships and robust knowledge of our systems

About you:

  • Extensive knowledge of headcount and position management, people operations and/or recruiting operations.
  • Proven track record of solving complex business problems by finding process efficiencies and systems solutions
  • Experience implementing sophisticated, interconnected internal systems
  • Ability to clearly communicate significant change, understanding when and how to disseminate information across the organization
  • Energized by the idea of building a new function at a rapidly growing company, solving immediate problems and working toward long-term goals

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Workday, various Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Workforce Planning experience at a fast-growing company
  • HRIS implementation background
