What Mongodb is looking for in applicants

Every month, millions of people across the world are downloading MongoDB to transform industries and build amazing apps that are used every day. We believe that making data easy to work with allows our users the opportunity to free their genius and create something world-changing. The database market is massive (the IDC estimates it to be $121B+ by 2025!) and MongoDB is at the head of its disruption. Join our team to help us Think Big, Go Far this summer!

We’re seeking Technical Writing Interns to join our diverse and highly technical team of engineers whose key role is to develop and maintain all user documentation for our product suite. As a key player on our team, your content will reach a global audience of 850,000 users per month! Join one of the most influential and innovative parts of the MongoDB Engineering organization to have an immediate and meaningful impact on end-users!

Our interns will apply a hands-on approach to learning complex technical topics and building engineer-focused content including distributed systems, mobile application code, server application code, REST APIs, backup and restoration, crafting and modifying database deployments, enterprise-grade security, performance, and managing high availability and scalability in MongoDB clusters.
