This isn’t your first rodeo as a person in a functional marketing automation role, but you’re still hungry to grow and to apply your skill-set more strategically. You will be the expert when it comes to addressability from our database of leads and contacts. Your responsibilities include,  establishing database engagement metrics that ensure no person is left behind, owning Engagement Path/Lead Lifecycle marketing strategy, and the integration of our Chatbot experience within all of this. You will be situated within our Growth Marketing group on Marketing Ops, reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations. In addition to managing existing Engagement Programs toward optimal efficiency, you will also be responsible for planning and launching 2-3 new programs each quarter in order to engage dormant, or new segments of our database.

You will:

  • Responsible for our “Lifecycle Engagement Path”; whenever a new person is created, you can answer “what happens next?”
  • Be hands on in Marketo, building and optimizing Engagement Programs and Drip Nurture programs
  • Use Drift to integrate our Rampy Chatbot experience as a complimentary tactic whenever possible. 
  • Occasionally discover and procure new lists within our target ICP and work with MOPs to upload for your nurture programs
  • Collaborate with sales development to support prospecting efforts using tools at your disposal
  • Plans and launches 2-3 programs quarterly seeking to increase audience engagement
  • Use Demandbase to measure and report back on increases to account engagement as a result of your work
  • Contribute toward marketing goals, by supporting more deliverables including MQLs, Hand Raisers and Sourced Pipeline
