As our Experience Strategist, you will work closely with our Post-Sales, People Insights, Product, and Marketing teams to build experiences and tools that inspire, educate and guide our customers on their journey with BetterUp. You will uniquely support our Post Sales team in driving customer success by creating effective and scalable ways to empower our partners to expertly manage their BetterUp experience, to understand and evangelize the value of our partnership, and to become part of the growing community of BetterUp believers. The right person for this role is an experience architect, a compelling communicator, and a consummate craftsperson.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and optimize scalable, segmented content and experiences across multiple touchpoints that drive customer success
  • Design and enable our customer teams to deliver customer-centric experiences that major on fostering connection, communicating value, coaching, and inspiring our partners
  • Proactively identify opportunities across the customer journey to strengthen our customer experience  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing and Customer teams to synthesize customer needs and our forward-looking vision to create true-to-brand, user-centered, and scalable content and experiences

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 7+ years working in experience design, creative consulting, interaction design, or customer marketing – B2B or SaaS experience preferred 
  • Experience designing interactive in-person and virtual experiences that foster connection, communicate value, educate and inspire 
  • Demonstrated strength in developing user-centered content across different audiences, channels and platforms that generates insight and drives action 
  • Excellent communications skills including writing, presenting, and editing; graphic design experience a plus 
  • Passion for educating and inspiring others; able to build relationships, collaborate across functions and disciplines, and inspire teams to think and show up differently
  • Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
