As our first Content Strategist for Partner Experience and Operations, you will own envisioning and creating our Partner Enablement ecosystem, helping our partners to self-serve more and enjoy doing it! This will include partnering across Customer Care, Product, Marketing and more to create direct-to-customer enablement content that spans support, education, empowerment, and builds community among our partners. The right person for this role is an out-of-the-box thinker, creative maker, and brilliant communicator and content-builder. 

What you’ll do:

  • Build and  optimize a holistic partner enablement ecosystem – spanning partner support, education, empowerment and community-building
  • Build a system to identify, prioritize, and manage content needs, opportunities, and updates
  • Create short-form and long-form how-to content, leveraging articles, videos and other mediums 
  • Partner with Customer Care, Product and Customer Marketing to identify, stand-up, and maintain a platform for Partner Enablement
  • Proactively identify opportunities to learn and improve our partner enablement approach by leveraging data and insights, Partner Ux, and outside inspiration

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 5+ years working in Customer Enablement, Marketing, or Learning Design – B2B or SaaS experience preferred 
  • Experience developing narrative-based and how-to content across different audiences, channels and platforms that is clear, direct and compelling
  • Experience designing content and experiences that foster learning and build connection 
  • Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated strength in building relationships, collaborating across functions and inspiring teams
