As our Operations Strategist for Partner Experience and Operations, you will play a critical role in helping our teams scale customer success & delight. This will include implementing processes, systems, and learning loops that drive operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness. You will lead in shaping and building out our account management systems and tooling and stand up centralized KPI measurement and reporting for our Post-Sales function with a keen focus on prioritizing opportunities to serve our customers and teams better. The right person for this role is an expert collaborator, analytical thinker, clear communicator, empathic partner and a builder of systems that scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and launch processes, workflows, measurement strategies, and automations that drive internal efficiencies, uplevel the effectiveness of our Post-Sales Team, and deliver greater value to our customers
  • Optimize Catalyst, our customer success platform, for proactive account planning, management and risk escalation and support the  enablement of- and adoption by our Post-Sales team
  • Stand-up and support centralized KPI measurement and reporting for our Post-Sales function, identifying areas of opportunity for our team to improve 
  • Support Ops Specialist in operationalizing new partner experiences and commercial motions, focusing on leveraging systems and processes that scale 
  • Work closely with the Post-Sales Team to proactively and regularly identify challenges that require operational solutions

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 7+ years working in Customer Success Operations, Customer Success, or Project Management – B2B or SaaS experience preferred 
  • Strong business acumen; able to understand and translate high-level business challenges into operational plans
  • Excellent systems-thinker that can diagnose issues, synthesize needs and design user-centered solutions
  • Excellent project management, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and capabilities 
  • Demonstrated strength in building relationships, collaborating across functions and inspiring teams 
  • Passion for continuous iteration and experimentation
