What you'll do:

  • Manage the operational aspects of campaigns and programs in our Marketing Automation Platform (Hubspot), website/landing page CMS (Hubspot), advertising platforms (Google, Facebook), SFDC campaign management, and any additional add-on platforms such as, Zoom, Clearbit, and more. 
  • Operationally support the continuous improvement of campaigns and programs with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability. 
  • Develop and manage initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management to enhance data and lead quality.
  • Support the management of our database: data hygiene, health, segmentation, lead management, and database analysis.
  • Assist in the development of the MarTech roadmap. Support the evaluation and selection of platforms, implementation, integration, maintenance, and performance.
  • Document internal processes to build a shared knowledge and understanding of systems, processes, and the execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Assess, develop, and enforce system governance policies. Proactively address potential issues with deliverability, automation, or data quality.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure frictionless execution, communication, and visibility.
  • Establish regular reporting and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and KPIs.

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, D2C operations a plus.
  • Expertise using HubSpot, Advertising Platforms (Google, Facebook), Google Marketing Suite. Experience with data visualization and HTML is a plus. 
  • Strong QA skills, attention to detail, good project management and ability to scale with efficiencies as we grow.
  • Creative problem solver able to apply expertise and learnings to new environments.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally as part of a remote team.
  • Strong relationship skills, you can build partnerships with cross-functional team members (RevOps, Core Marketing, Global Marketers..etc..)
