We are looking for a Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations to manage our recruitment ecosystem and how it impacts our end users (recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams). This role will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and introduce creative solutions, enhancements, and/or new systems roll outs by collecting requirements and partnering with HRIS on next steps. This role will report to the Director of Recruiting Operations.
As the Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations (Systems and Process Project), you will eliminate manual obstacles by thoroughly documenting and reviewing the end to end process, while at the same time managing multiple projects that will support our company’s growth.
This role can be based out of New York City, Austin, or remotely in the US.
