This role can be based out of any of our US offices or remotely in the US region.

Our team is called Sales Productivity. This means that we focus on identifying and removing friction from our internal systems and processes to make our salesforce more efficient and effective.

As Sales Systems Forecasting Specialist, you will be joining a cross-functional team of support associates, system administrators, project managers, software engineers, enablement experts and sales operations professionals. You will be involved in and take a lead role in projects that are critical to the success of the business.


  • Become an expert in how the sales organization currently manages their forecast, from a sales process perspective as well as technology perspective
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the entire salesforce and ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) to understand their constantly evolving needs
  • Constantly be on the lookout for inefficiencies or elements of friction which can impact forecasting efficiency and effectiveness and identify potential solutions together with other members of the team
  • Consolidate change requests into a holistic view of forecasting requirements and document the as-is state, requirements, desired state etc. so that both business and technical teams can easily communicate and collaborate
  • Work with our system administrators as well as external vendors to ensure our systems meet the current business requirements while remaining flexible enough for the future
  • Collaborate with our Sales Support team to help triage and solve Forecasting related support requests
  • Work with our external vendors to escalate issues and monitor resolution
  • Define new solutions and processes that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the salesforce and the forecasting tools and resources available to them
  • Drive improvements to processes and design enhancements to continuously evolve our forecasting systems
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to drive adoption as well as the most effective use of our platforms
  • Regularly review sales dashboards and reports with stakeholders, adding or maintaining new data as required


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Forecasting Specialist, Sales Operations or Financial Analyst, or in Inventory Management and Demand Planning, preferably in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Proven understanding of forecast methodologies, best practices and related business metrics
  • Detail-oriented and process-minded, but also able to explain complex issues, processes and solutions in clear and simple terms to those you work with
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manage
  • Experience in preparing findings and presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between business groups and technical teams
  • Excellent time management skills. Ability to juggle requests of varying urgency with tasks related to long term projects and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Expert knowledge in  forecasting, planning, and analyzing market trends
  • Prior experience with Forecasting Tools required, example: Clari, Aviso, Salesforce Sales Forecast, Xactly Forecasting, Gong, InsightSquared Sales Analytics, Pipedrive
  • Salesforce (SFDC) knowledge required
