BetterUp’s SPEAR (Science for Product Effectiveness and Assessment Research) function is seeking an innovative Associate Quantitative Behavioral Scientist who is passionate about advancing human transformation and whole person flourishing at an unparalleled scale. In this role, you will implement product-centered, assessment-fueled research to generate key insights for individuals, teams, and organizations to allow each and every person to achieve their best. You will execute studies that evaluate and optimize the efficacy of product interventions. You’ll draw on your budding experience as an applied social scientist and data storyteller to succeed as a pragmatic, passionate researcher.
