As the Sales Performance Associate Marketing Manager, you will serve as a critical partner across multiple levels of the BetterUp ecosystem. You will work closely with the core Sales Performance team, helping the team think through, organize, and execute around an integrated marketing motion, specific to the Sales Performance Solution. Sitting in the Sales Performance Solution team, you will liaise with cross-functional BetterUp owners of the various broader Marketing organization, specifically, content, demand gen, product , and social in order to executive on the Sales Performance Solution mission and vision. Finally, you will think critically and plan for the future evolution of marketing for Sales Performance, in partnership with the Sales Performance GM and the Marketing team. Our ideal candidate has a background in marketing, across several domains (social/digital, demand gen, content), extremely strong attention to detail, exceptional professional interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the team grows, so taking initiative and ownership of this role will be critical to your success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales Performance team and the Marketing function, providing individuals with the right information or guidance, at the right time
  • Consider all needs of the Sales Performance Solution from the Marketing angle, including content, demand gen, product marketing, etc. and lead the effort to close those gaps.
  • Identify gaps in information that could help better enable all BetterUppers to support the Sales Performance Solution
  • Work with cross-functional partners including coach operations, account executives, account managers, and deployment managers to ensure marketing related information and needed actions are happening
  • Serve as the project manager for assigned Marketing Sales Performance initiatives
  • Anticipate marketing opportunities and risks and offer solutions to mitigate them
  • Ability to work with diverse team members, influence disparate stakeholder groups and align them toward common goals and outcomes

  • BS/BA in a Marketing related field
  • 2-4 years professional experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent researching and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in g-suite; strong experience with Salesforce, Domo, or other Marketing software used for analytics and tracking
