As the Sales Performance Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a critical partner across multiple levels of the BetterUp ecosystem. You will work closely with the core Sales Performance team, helping the team organize to win and stay impeccably coordinated. You will liaise with cross-functional BetterUp stakeholders to ensure clear and transparent communication and knowledge transfer. Finally, you will help lead the charge on new deployments in order to drive delightful experiences for our partners and members. Our ideal candidate has extremely strong attention to detail, exceptional professional interpersonal skills, and thrives in a fast paced, ambiguous environment. You’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the team grows, so taking initiative and ownership of this role will be critical to your success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the liaison between the Sales Performance team and the go-to-market organization by providing individuals with the right information or right point of contact to answer their questions
  • Identify gaps in information that could help better enable all BetterUppers  to support the Sales Performance Solution
  • Work with cross-functional partners including coach operations, account executives, account managers, and deployment managers to ensure new program launches run smoothly
  • Support deals across life-cycle to ensure that they are receiving adequate pre and post sales support
  • Serve as the project manager for assigned Sales Performance initiatives
  • Create and maintain project schedules for assigned projects from inception through final delivery, managing to deadlines, and proactively communicating with stakeholders along the way
  • Anticipate project risks and offer solutions to mitigate them
  • Ability to work with diverse team members, influence disparate stakeholder groups and align them toward common goals and outcomes

  • BS/BA in a related field
  • 1-3 years professional experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent researching and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in g-suite; strong experience with excel, Google analytics, and/or Looker is a plus
