  • Work closely collaboratively to draft and negotiate partnership agreements.

  • Develop and implement standard processes as needed, including contract lifecycle management through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Understand the application of data privacy agreements, SCCs, and other privacy regulations to drive efficient agreement reviews and build strategic processes in collaboration with our privacy team.

  • Be a strategic business partner by driving efficiencies and creating policies that will help the business to grow to scale.

You will be successful here by:

  • Building connective relationships with business partners that strengthen the partnership between Legal and other teams.

  • Having an ownership mentality with an ability to handle shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Staying one step ahead of the need for process improvements and strategic vision.

  • Having a growth mindset.

  • Being an incredible listener.

We’re excited about you because:

  • You have a sincere and insightful personality with a strong inclination to be a part of a strong and growing team.

  • You have high standards, impeccable integrity, unquestionably good judgment, and a keen sense of humor.

  • You demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills and have the ability to describe and discuss complex issues in a way that is straightforward and relatable to the business.

  • You are a detailed and organized problem-solver who loves to learn quickly, drive balance, and shift strategic and tactical objectives to efficiently deliver projects for multiple partners.

  • You have a Juris Doctor and are licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  • You have 4+ years of experience including in-house or law firm experience, preferably a multinational, consumer-facing technology company.

  • You are interested in working on projects outside of commercial contracts and are willing to grow in other areas of the business.
