As Senior Growth Product Manager at BetterUp, you will own the product strategy and execution of features that drive member growth and retention in our B2B space. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and senior leadership to reimagine our approach to product adoption, usage, and retention. Your work will directly increase the impact of BetterUp’s product, by bringing awareness to many more people about the transformational offerings available, and increasing engagement with the product to drive more profound personal, professional, and organizational outcomes.

What you’ll do:

  • Be a cross-functional champion - build strong cross-functional relationships and achieve results that matter for the business 
  • Think strategically and systematically - identify new growth opportunities across the member and partner journey through user research, market research, competitor analysis, and data analysis
  • Learn quickly - develop proofs of concepts and deploy product features quickly and iteratively to learn what drives adoption and engagement at key moments in the member journey
  • Prioritize effectively - Manage several complex workstreams and prioritize according to the impact on members, partners, and BetterUp
  • Pioneer our approach - Develop the playbook for product-led growth in partnership with senior leaders across the business

  • 5-7 years of previous experience as a growth-focused Product Manager 
  • Experience leading the end to end product lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of growth tactics including but not limited to push notifications, email, CRM, SEO, referral, performance marketing, and 3rd party integration partnerships
  • Intermediate-level quantitative analytics skills including modeling, an understanding of relational databases, and some SQL skills
  • Exceptional standards for making data-informed decisions
  • Comfortable setting up, running, and evaluating the success of a/b experiments
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and navigating complex problem spaces

  • Constantly improving and open to feedback through collaboration
  • Expert verbal and written communicator with remote teams
