Doma Enterprise is looking for a talented Salesforce expert to develop new function within the org and bring operational rigor to our administration of Salesforce. Doma Enterprise is one wing of Doma’s go to market team and shares a Salesforce instance with two other groups. This role is ideal for either an early career developer or a highly technical administrator looking to be the first Salesforce hire in a rapidly growing team.

This position would be responsible for the development and implementation of a number of projects for the Doma Enterprise team. In addition to day to day administration for a department of 375 people by the end of next year, this individual would be responsible for enhancing our Salesforce environment with a combination of Apex, Visualforce, and app connections. In the short term priority projects include creating clear opportunity lifecycles, connecting our order data from Snowflake to account data, and developing a system of revenue forecasting for accounts, but longer term this person will own additional development to enhance the enterprise selling and customer success process.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrate Salesforce for Doma Enterprise
  • Develop integrations with Doma’s data warehouse to replicate customer data into Salesforce
  • Implement pipeline forecasting tool
  • Develop and implement a revenue forecasting system
  • Potentially integrate external tools to connect to Salesforce, such as Mulesoft, Heroku, Chorus, and Gainsight
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce admin certification and experience with some apex development or Salesforce developer certification
