About the Opportunity: 

The Operations Learning and Enablement team is looking for a seasoned Learning leader to grow our employee development function. This person will oversee the comprehensive and multi-faceted end-to-end employee learning experience for Operations team members at levels – from new hire onboarding through leadership development and coaching. This role encompasses responsibilities from strategic planning to tactical execution, requiring a strong perspective on what makes great workplace-based learning. This person will build strong partnerships with leaders across the business, lead and invest in growing our Learning and Enablement team, and use their creative lens to imagine future possibilities for employee learning.  

About the Team: 

The Operations Learning and Enablement team is on a mission to build a culture of learning and performance across the organization. Our function grew in leaps and bounds during 2021, and we are looking for senior level leaders to bring our team to the next level in 2022.

During the first 90 days, this person will:  

  • Evaluate our current employee learning programs and identify areas for development and improvement 
  • Work with our senior level leadership team to codify the strategic vision for employee learning in 2022 
  • Learn about the Operations business model and identify opportunities for increased partnership and support
  • Create processes and structures to improve the Learning and Enablement team’s operational effectiveness 

About You:  

  • You have 8+ years of experience in adult learning, leadership development, and/or coaching 
  • You have expertise building effective programs and trainings focused on learning and upskilling for a variety of audiences 
  • You have experience growing and developing high-performing teams 
  • You are a self-starter, and can balance high-level vision setting with on-the-ground execution 
  • You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with people across various parts of an organization 
  • You are highly adaptable, operate with agility, and thrive in ambiguous environments 
  • You seize opportunities to make an impact, and constantly look for ways to improve
  • You are a learner, and you are ready to test your skills in a new, rigorous, fast-paced context
