As we continue to grow rapidly, BetterUp Care is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join us in improving mental fitness for all

What you'll do:

  • Ensure Care marketing automations efforts and campaigns are connected to activities across BetterUp and effectively collaborate across the organization
  • Establish regular reporting and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs
  • Build and implement scalable systems, processes, and automation for marketing campaigns launches
  • Administrate the design and implementation of our Marketing Technology platforms. Executing on requests such as updating our lead scoring model, lead lifecycle, operational programs, adding custom fields, and maintaining system integrations and hygiene
  • Manage sales enablement efforts, working closely with Care’s Sales Leadership to train and coach AEs and SDRs workflows to be efficient and informative
  • Collaborate with sales team, and revenue operations team to build best-in-class tooling for managing outreach, audience segments and on-going feedback loop
  • Assess, develop, and enforce system governance policies across MarTech platforms. Proactively address potential issues with deliverability, automate, or data quality

If you have some or all of the following, please apply: 

  • 2-5 years of experience with Marketing Operations Experience
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in Salesforce to help enable business decisions and share additional insights on our marketing programs
  • Strong QA skills and attention to detail , and ability to build for scale and efficiency as we grow
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally as part of a remote team
  • Creative problem solver able to apply expertise and learnings to new environments with new constraints
  • Strong relationship skills, you can build partnerships with cross-functional team members (Sales, RevOps, Core Marketing, Global Marketers..etc..)
  • Bonus: Expertise using HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Domo
