Acting as a senior-level support role and sounding board, this position will serve as an HR Strategist reporting to the Vice President, People. This role will assume day-to-day responsibilities for both various department management activities, as well as company-wide talent projects and initiatives. Working across multiple functions within and beyond the department to execute on objectives, the right candidate will enable success both for the department and company as a whole to ensure an inspiring employee experience.

What you'll do: 

HR Strategy and Analytics:

  • Works in close partnership with HR leadership to establish the overarching HR strategy and alignment with company vision, mission, and goals 
  • Monitor and measure progress toward the department performance objectives; create and execute action plans to support team achievement of performance objectives
  • Responsible for drawing data-driven insights and implementing cross-functional initiatives. You will be drawing conclusions from imperfect and incomplete data, incorporating a test and learn approach, and developing, driving, and reporting on initiatives that drive key business metrics 

Project Management: 

  • Manages, implements, coordinates, plans, and evaluates the department operations, which will include managerial reporting, project management governance, and process improvement.
  • As a senior leader, you will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions
  • Managing meetings for the department, ensuring materials are sent in advance, time is well spent, and objectives are achieved 
  • Launch, implement and report on key projects to drive efficiency and scale

Talent Management and Planning 

  • Experience providing insights around employee experience; responsible for delivering end-to-end transformations of workforce programs, services, and processes to drive the success of organizations and workforces
  • Manage talent initiatives, including facilitating talent exercises and workshops with business leaders; expertise in leadership development work  

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent required, Master’s preferred 
  • 5+ years experience in management consulting, process design, or project management 
  • 8 years working directly within an HR function or supporting HR leadership 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up business environment
  • An experienced consultant who has successfully delivered and managed large projects and participated in the business development process
