As a Group Product Manager at BetterUp, you will shape the growth and direction of multiple product and engineering squads. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, deep customer engagement, squad enablement and targeted execution. You will leverage relationships with your squads, cross functional partners and customers to think holistically about your product's roadmap and enable your squads to effectively execute against this. In the process you will build a product that will touch millions, if not billions, of lives and enable those individuals to live with greater purpose, potential and passion.

What you’ll do:

  • You will manage a group of product managers, providing them with feedback, mentorship, product strategy, and general support to ensure their squads success.
  • You will develop a product vision and enable execution against it.
  • You will drive alignment across your squads, cross functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • You will help define OKRs and ensure delivery of core outcomes.
  • You will enable the team through rapid scale by hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and inspiring team members on your squads and beyond.
  • You will facilitate prioritization and complex decision making using data, customer insights and distillation of concept challenges. 

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering successful, scalable enterprise SaaS products.
  • Deeply understand how your products work and how to measure short-term and long-term success.
  • Confident with both high level strategy and running tactical meetings with your squads.
  • Ability to influence a range of stakeholders both with and without direct authority.
  • Listen and build consensus but also drive hard decisions and lead teams.
  • Strong technical and business background. 
  • Passionate about unlocking greater purpose, potential and passion.
