As the People Ops Coordinator, you will provide essential support to BetterUppers as they navigate the employee experience at BetterUp (e.g. programs, tools, and benefits). This is a great opportunity to support critical HR functions including employee onboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance and compliance.
You will uphold high craftspersonship with a high emphasis on working with unprecedented speed and quality. Effective and efficient time management with a desire to improve processes will be essential. Our ideal candidate has exceptional professional interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and thrives in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
You’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities as the team grows, so taking initiative and ownership of this role will be critical to your success.
