This is a contract position for a period of 12 months. In this role, you will be employed by a third party agency. You will not be engaged as an employee of Airbnb, and will not be eligible for Airbnb employee compensation or benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and execute engagement strategies tailored for the China team and aligned with the company narrative and team priorities. 
  • Partner with Internal Comms managers, Talent partners, Leaders to identify team needs and design engagement tactics that create connection and belonging within the team. 
  • Collaborate with the global team and leverage global resources to localize/design China specific engagement programs.
  • Understand the team through various internal channels and mechanisms - Employee Surveys, Listening sessions, Demographic data, etc.;.. and leverage insights to design moments and initiatives fully customized to the team needs. 
  • Serve as a central resource for Employee Engagement: actionable engagement tools and best practices for gatherings, celebrations, appreciation, and recognition that your stakeholders can leverage to make the magic of connection and belonging happen!
  • Design and execute programs, rituals, traditions, producing keynotes, video assets, all-hands moments and gatherings (virtual and in-person) that are inspiring, inclusive, and that deepen connection and trust. 
  • Use metrics to inform engagement strategies and innovate through rapid iteration and prototyping.
  • Educate and advise on core values, connection and belonging.
