MongoDB’s BDRs are mentored and coached by highly-skilled Sales Leaders with proven track records. BDRs will gain practical, real-world sales and pipeline generation experience, along with exposure to the best sales methodology in the industry. This experience provides an enviable foundation for your business career, whether you are focused on a future in leadership or sales.

Shift Timings: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (cabs will be provided)

Work Location: Gurgaon  

You will have the opportunity to

  • Accelerate your secondary research career and development through exposure to the most effective research methodology and through working side by side with the best sales professionals in the industry
  • Get insights and experience first-hand how an effective, fast-paced organization operates through learning about marketing/sales processes, collaboration and tools
  • Establish a strong network of talented peers and mentors 
  • Get an opportunity to explore an alternate career with sales and grow from BDR to sales to CRO career path 

Job Responsibilities may include

  • Build Pipeline Generation (PG) kits
  • Research companies to identify target accounts
  • Research prospects’ goals, market, strategic objectives, pains to created tailored material to run highly productive sales campaigns (email templates, presentations)
  • Research individuals online to identify and build lists of key roles
  • Respond to inbound queries
  • Assist the team with MQL clean-up

Qualifications

  • Strong secondary research acumen along with excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Understanding of latest technology trends will help you sail fast and give a competitive edge
  • Possess a cohesive team attitude
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment while remain client-focused
  • Strong prioritization skills

This role is remote optional until November 30, 2021, we are looking to speak to candidates who plan to be available in Gurugram for when we introduce our hybrid model.
