About the RoleThe People Operations leader will manage the operational arm of the people function as we scale Highspot into new geographies and grow exponentially. This role is vital to enabling both the People Leadership Team and the company to scale through hyper growth by way of establishing key infrastructure including; process, policy, technologies. This role will also manage total rewards, employee enablement self-service strategy, building frameworks for people related actionable insights, budget management as well as rhythm of the business readiness.
